My Everyday Life – Week 21 | A Weekly Photo Journal by Tracy Benjamin
THE JOY RESET!
My friend MC had her launch party for her new book, The Joy Reset.

I am so proud of her!

I am listening to her read it on audible right now as I type this.
This is her Mary Poppins bag.

Hooray for child-like wonder.

I foraged arrangements and decorations. It was so fun!!

When I came home, I got my first CROW GIFT. It’s a clear LEGO. I held it up to the light and it looked like an emerald.

Coffee and a sun check before school.

This was good. Pickled onions can change the course of a week.

This made me look up a recipe this week.

I got a rubber stamp from a free mini library.

🙂

Lunch on the go.

Took myself out on a redwood adventure.

Front view.

View while sitting and looking up.

Checking in.

Catching up.

Going through my tool kit.

Thank you for being here.

Boop!

I love my everyday life. I honor the sacred in the ordinary.

I left an envelope of I LOVE YOUS.

Golden hour.

Monday night hike with Lisa and Otis.

Monday night spa night.

Rep report. Something I am working on in Self-Check-In.

Radical self care.

Eye of the tiger.

I would like to paint a mural here.
I threw some sunflowers seeds down. Let’s see if they do anything!

Breaffast quesadillas.

LIFE.

Capered!

Chickpea Piccata was added to the recipe box!

A crow feather on the deck. I used it as a bookmark.

I worked on my May pages in my Currently workbook. I share all of my pages on my Substack.

I bought a smoke tree for the yard!

Lunch at Carmen’s. I had such a good time that all I got was this picture of Moose.
I forgot that Huggy was named Moose when we got him.

Two different batches.

Spanish tortilla with bacon & an arugula salad.

Birds of paradise check.

Hammock + coffee. What could go wrong?
